Frequently Asked Questions

Do you supply everything needed to complete the crafts?

Yes, everything is included with the craft kits in order to complete the crafts, with the exception of glue and scissors.  Detailed instructions are included to ensure the kits are easily completed.

How much do you charge for shipping?


All of our Products include the cost of shipping within the Continental United States.


What
payment types do you accept?


Payments are accepted by check, money order, and credit card.  To pay by check or money order, simply print out the “Printable Order Form” and return the completed form with payment to the address listed at the bottom of the form.  Credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; however, you do not need a PayPal account.

If I do not want to pay in full at the time of my purchase, can I pay in Monthly Installments?

Yes, we do offer a Monthly Installment Payment Option. 
If you would like to take advantage of this option, just click on the appropriate Monthly Installments button located beneath the subscription being purchased.  Please note that a PayPal account is required for the Monthly Installment option (but is not required for other payment options).  At checkout, you will need to either login to your existing PayPal account, or create a new PayPal account.
    
PLEASE NOTE: When your payment method is through Pay Pal, the "Ship To" address on your Pay Pal receipt will be the same as your billing address.  However, the monthly crafts will be shipped to the address that you provide to us during registration.

When will my monthly packages begin?

Your first package will be shipped shortly after receipt of payment.  Typically, all Craft Subscriptions are sent at the beginning of each month.  However, if you choose the monthly installment payment option, the first package will be sent at the beginning of the month following the date of purchase.         
 
Is there any way that I can notify someone that I have purchased them a Subscription from Deluxe Crafts?

Simply click on the Gift Announcement link and print out the form.  You can then fill in the appropriate information, and give to the recipient.  It's a great way to let the recipient know that the gift is on the way. 

What if I refer a friend who makes a purchase?

If you are a currently a subscriber to Deluxe Crafts, and refer someone to our site who makes a purchase, you may receive one additional package for each referral.  It is your responsibility to make sure your friend includes your name in the "Referred By" box on the order form when placing their order. 

Can I cancel my subscription?


We always strive for 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with the first package that arrives, please notify us and we will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund your money.
  
What
if we move during the subscription?

If the recipient moves during the subscription, please notify us via e-mail at customerservice@deluxecrafts.com of the new address and the date that the new address will take effect.  It is your responsibility to notify us of any change of address.

Does
a parent need to help complete the craft kits?

Parental supervision is always recommended with any craft project.  We cannot be held liable for any injury that may occur while completing our craft kits.

For
what ages are these crafts appropriate?


We always coordinate the kits to the age of the child. Many of the crafts will involve simple sewing, and the occasional use of a glue gun.  Therefore, these crafts are suited for the more experienced crafter.  These crafts are not recommended for small children.
 

What if there is a
Holiday that our family does not celebrate?


Please note any such holiday in the "Additional Comments" section of the Customer Information Form. We will make any adjustments necessary.  For example, if your family does not celebrate Christmas, we will send a winter craft rather than a Christmas craft.
